The Prime Central London property market is still ticking over in what we would normally say is a dead month (December).
As the night’s chill envelopes us earlier and earlier each day, the pub would normally beckon us agents by about 3pm in a normal December. But not this December. The market is live for well priced homes for rent and for sale surprisingly and the tenacious ones of us will not let a client out of our sights in fear of circling eagles ahead, ready to pounce on all the graft you’ve done, time consumingly educating and advising buyers on the case by case market of today. Finally gaining their understanding and potential unwavering offers by showing literally everything on and off-market, their search parameters changing daily to really expire that imperative blood, sweat and tears of deals closed today.
London will always be a prime destination for its language, location and schooling opportunities. We have no idea what’s ahead. One thing is for sure… London remains the prettiest winter city to be – if you haven’t picked up and moved to Bali like half of Europe seems to have done already.
