We live in Singapore and chose to marry in Bali, which usually takes a lot of planning—but working with Alicia made it effortless. She visited us twice in Singapore for meetings and we didn’t need to set foot in Bali until the wedding day! I shared my mood board and she not only nailed the theme but elevated it. Alicia Pasley-Tyler and her team at Latitude Lifestyle planned and managed our Bali wedding 3 day extravaganza in July 2018. We were blown away with Alicia’s resourcefulness, professionalism, creativity and enthusiasm during the 3 months of planning and on the wedding days. We were confident that Alicia and her team had everything under control and we were able to relax and enjoy our wedding with our 120 family and friends who flew in to Bali from around the world to attend.
Alicia showed us a stunning selection of villas in Uluwatu, Umalas and Canggu as options for our wedding ceremony and reception. These were villas that we would never have found on our own and all were within our budget and followed the brief we had given her. She knew all the staff by name and was able to explain all the perks of each villa, allowing us to make an easy selection. Alicia took all the stress of planning a destination wedding away and we had a great time together trying cakes and looking at flower suppliers and selecting styling props for the events. Alicia knew exactly where to take us and opened the doors to all her tried and tested suppliers.
Our guests were all given Alicia’s contact details and she arranged most of their accommodation in Bali and assisted with arranging transport, restaurant bookings, hairdressers, babysitters and other requests well beyond her scope of work. This was a huge help as it took the pressure off us and allowed us to focus on elderly family members arriving from overseas. She did this all with a big smile and positive attitude.
Looking back on our wedding, the 3 days went off without a hitch! We enjoyed every second and had a wedding that was above and beyond our dreams. I know behind the scenes there were some issues that happened over the 3 days (as is expected in Bali) and Alicia resolved them all without us or our guests ever knowing anything was amiss. Alicia was everything we wanted from a wedding planner and more. We have recommended her on numerous occasions for all types of events and projects and we will continue to work with her in the future.
